Transcription: [doubleheaded eagle] #75.WM Cream leather frame with beautiful gold tooling and crown, top center, containing a photograph of the Grand Duchesses Olga and Tatiana. [from “containing” on, words are scratched through] The frame was made by A. Peterson at St. Petersburg, by appointment to the Czar of Russia. From the Winter Palace, where it was catalogued under #430/2. $36.00
